Sift together: 1 1/2 cups (190g) all purpose flour 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 1/4 tablespoon sugar 3/4 teaspoon salt ====================================== After sifting is complete, add: 1 1/4 cups (295ml) milk 1 egg 3 tablespoons melted butter (to melt, cover and heat for 30-40 sec in the microwave) ====================================== 1) Mix mixture until the batter is smooth in consistency 2) Heat a pan on medium and pour in about a tablespoon of oil. 3) Pour 1/4 to 1/2 cup of batter into the pan and wait for bubbles to appear. Flip when golden brown and repeat on the other side.
