June 24th 2021 marks the 40th Anniversary of the Apparitions of Our Lady in Medjugorje. To celebrate the Anniversary the local community got together to place a Statue of Our Lady of Medjugorje beside a Blue Cross at Rockmarshall, Jenkinstown, Dundalk, Co. Louth, Ireland. The Blue Cross in Medjugorje marks the spot where Our Lady appeared in 1981. Our Lady is still appearing to the Visionaries in Medjugorje. You Fine Art Sculpture Ltd. China was commissioned to supply the Statue on the 18th March 2021. The total height of the Base and Statue is 200cm.The Statue left the factory on the 30th April and was shipped from Xingang on the 9th May to Singapore. From there on to Rotterdam arriving 10th July. Unloaded & placed on a feeder vessel for Dublin. Arrived in Dublin on the 28th July. Left Dublin Warehouse on Friday 6th August and arrived at its Final destination Rockmarshall on Friday Evening 6th August 2021.The Pedestal and Statue were put in place on Thursday 12th August 2021. Divine Providence has placed Our Lady of Medjugorje & the Blue Cross at Rockmarshall beside the Mass Rock discovered in September 2019 , Our Lady is everybody's Mother & is here due to the generosity of all the locals, neighbours & friends. Our Lady is the Queen of Peace & this area radiates PEACE
