(🇬🇧 Video Description in English below) 🏔️ Lukomir – il villaggio più remoto della Bosnia Erzegovina Un breve video, diverso dai soliti dedicati a e-Bike e scialpinismo, ma sempre con lo stesso filo conduttore: avventura! 📍 A 110 km da Sarajevo, a quota 1500 metri, si trova Lukomir, il villaggio abitato più alto e probabilmente più remoto della Bosnia. Un luogo magico che merita assolutamente una visita. 🚗 Prima del viaggio mi preoccupava la strada di accesso: alcuni la ritenevano fattibile solo con un 4x4, altri senza problemi con un’auto normale. La verità? In alcuni tratti ho visto resti di paraurti e copricerchi… meglio quindi un’auto non troppo bassa, come un crossover (es. Mazda CX-30). Da evitare i periodi subito dopo la pioggia: alcune rampe possono diventare complicate. Meglio scegliere giornate asciutte, anche se significa impolverare completamente la macchina! ❄️ In inverno la strada non viene aperta e qui nevica molto: da considerare anche a inizio primavera. Le attività in paese aprono da aprile a fine ottobre. 👉 Se cerchi un’avventura autentica nei Balcani, Lukomir è una meta che ti sorprenderà. Buon viaggio! 🌍✨ ----- 🏔️ Lukomir – the highest and most remote village in Bosnia This short video is different from my usual e-bike or ski touring content, but it’s still about adventure! 📍 About 110 km from Sarajevo, at 1500 m altitude, you find Lukomir. A small, traditional village that feels frozen in time and is definitely worth a visit. 🚗 The road to get there can be tricky. Some people say you need a 4x4, others say any car is fine. The truth is: I saw broken bumpers and hubcaps along the road. I suggest using a car with some clearance (a crossover works well, e.g. Mazda CX-30). Avoid rainy days, because some steep parts can be difficult. It’s better to drive when the road is dry, even if your car gets dusty. ❄️ In winter the road is closed due to snow, and sometimes even in spring it’s not accessible. The village is usually open to visitors from April to October. 👉 If you want a real Balkan adventure, Lukomir is the place to go!
