In todays video I am going to show you how I took my GTO's stock fuel tank, basket, hat, and level sensor, and turned it into a high flowing return style performance orientated fuel system. We will be using a walbro 525LPH fuel pump also known as a TI automotive F90000285 39/50 Fuel Pump, with install kit. We will be modifying the stock fuel tank basket to delete the stock Venturi pump system and to hold the new walbro 525 and then reinstall our new setup into the stock GTO fuel tank. we will also be creating a -8 feed port and -6 return port on the stock tank to plumb our new return style fuel system. I will be making a part 2 to this video where you will be able to see how I plumbed the entire fuel system as well as mounting the fuel injectors, fuel pressure regulator, and fuel rails!!!
