It’s a snowy Sunday here in the Northeast, so Sunday Funday is happening in the kitchen. Recently, during a trip to Gerrity’s The Fresh Grocer, I grabbed a premade kit with three Italian sausages and sliced mixed peppers and onions. I love these because they’re quick and easy—just a bit of pan time to sauté the peppers and onions with a dash of soy sauce. Using hot dog buns, I made three small sausage and pepper sandwiches topped with creamy mustard. They turned out delicious and were definitely worth the buy.
