Smart cities face serious challenges prior to widespread acceptance, but their integrated use of Big Data, IoT, and other technologies to solve contemporary urban issues should eventually lead to their adoption. In which fields can we implement and use this upcoming technologies? Is it still in research/development or it can be used to drive our way of living? Although it can improve our lives, still we must be aware what negative impact technology can create.
