This SBAR video helps nursing students and nurses communicate with other nurses and providers as the SBAR allows nurses and nursing students to relay information concisely and quickly. The SBAR communication method is a favorite way of getting information across. SBAR for the end-of-shift report is provided in this super easy video and SBAR between Nurse and Physician. 📍The components of SBAR are: 1. Situation: The nursing student or nurse is able to clearly and briefly describe the current situation or problem the patient is experiencing. 2. Background: The nursing student or nurse is able to provide clear, relevant background information on the patient. For example: Past medical history. 3. Assessment: The nursing student or nurse is able to state a professional conclusion, based on the situation and background and their nursing assessment. 4.
