After to getting this question quite a bit, I decided to make a quick video to explain why some people get a submuscular transposition and others get subcutaneous transpositions. *Spoiler alert: Its mostly surgeon preference but there are other things that you'll need to factor in to determine what is best for you. In addition to answering that question, I quickly explain the pros and cons of each survey as they've been explained to me by various hand surgeons.
