Welcome to my demo of how I use my LED light up candles from Marks and Spencer once they have burnt down to the bottom. I managed to get mine to work again using some votive candles but a subscriber has commented that they used a taper candle too which is easier to cut. Please be very careful cutting candles. Next time I may try removing the metal wick base and see if that works too. It is great that they won't end up in landfill. I also plan to empty one out and use it as a jar for storing pens, makeup brushes etc if it won't light up. Please note that I cannot guarantee this will work all the time. My friend says that her one sometimes lights up when the sun comes in through her window due to the heat. Let me know if you managed to get your candle working again.
