No matter how! Just do it. Today my special recipe is this chicken soup! What so special about it? Remember in the last episode shark fin melon dessert ? Left half of the shark fin melon! Yup… i use it for hot salty chicken soup. I worn you, make sure you cook with big pot.. hahaaha taste like shark fin soup. Let see which ingredients we use. Ingredients Half 2 kgs of shark fin melon, remove the seed, use folk to file it. 1 big onion, cut ring. 1 carrot, thumb size cut silk, 100g of black fungus, soak and cut silk. 20g or 30g of dried shrimp, 4 mushroom, big size and cut slice. 1.5 or 2.0 ltr of water 2 chicken thigh with drumstick cut dice or mouth bite. 3 to5 table spoon of oyster sauce. 3 3 to 5 table spoons of corn flour, for thickening . Ready. To cook You can use any pot to cook this shark fin melon soup. Today i’m using cray pot. Brand new. Add in the 2 scoop of cooking before the fire turn on. Is to protect your crey pot or any pot get burn. Add in your onion, and stir fried in cold oil. Until you heard the oil are heating up. Then add in the dried shrimp. Stir it until you smell it. Add in the black fungus and the mushroom. Stir fried it for 1 min, make sure the oil are coated every single mushroom slices. Then add in 1.5 ltr water. Wait until the water is boiling. Then add in the shark fin melon carrot and the oyster sauce. Cover it up and set the fire to medium. Boil it for 30min. Chicken need to add in together with the mushroom. Lol. After 30mins, add in the corn flour. Mix it with some water. Depends on how thick the soup base you need. Do not add to much it will turn to glue.
