Don't forget to like, subscribe, and hit the bell icon for more family secrets! #YakhniPulao #ChickenPulao #Reel #DesiCuisine #FoodGram #SundayBrunch #HomeMadeWithLove Ingredients: Yakhni (Broth) Chicken: 1.5 kg Water: 1.5 Liters (approx. 5–6 cups) Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp Salt: 2 tbsp (adjust to taste) Whole Coriander Seeds: 1 tbsp Cinnamon Sticks: 2–3 small pieces Black Peppercorns: 8–10 whole Cloves: 5–6 whole Pulao Masala Basmati Rice: 1 kg (washed and soaked for 30 mins) Cooking Oil: 1 cup Onion: 1 large (finely sliced) Tomatoes: 2 medium (chopped) Fresh Ginger: 1-inch piece (julienned/thin strips) Green Cardamom: 4–5 pods Whole Cumin: 1 tsp Star Anise: 1–2 flowers Whole Garam Masala: (Mix of cloves, black cardamom, and peppercorns Method Step 1: Yakhni Tayyar Karein Ek baray bartan mein chicken, paani, sabut dhania, darcheeni, adrak-lehsan paste aur namak daal kar ubaal lain. Jab chicken gal jaye, to botiyaan nikaal kar alag kar lain aur yakhni (paani) ko chhaan kar bacha lain. Step 2: Masala Bunain Dosray bartan mein oil garam karein. Is mein sabz elaichi aur piyaz shamil karein. Piyaz ko sirf light brown fry karein (zyada dark na karein warna pulao ka rang kaala ho jaye ga). Ab is mein tamatar aur kati hui adrak daal kar naram honay tak pakaein. Step 3: Chicken Ki Bhunayi Ubla hua chicken is masalay mein daal dain aur 2-3 minute ke liye achi tarah bhun (sauté) lain taake masalay ka zaiqa chicken mein rach jaye. Step 4: Chawal Shamil Karein Ab bachi hui yakhni is mein daal dain. Jab yakhni ubalne lagay, to bheegay huay chawal pani nikaal kar shamil kar dain. Is stage par namak chakh lain, agar kam lagay to aur daal dain. Step 5: Dum Par Rakhain Jab chawal ka paani khushk ho jaye aur halki si nami baaki ho, to bartan ko achi tarah dhak dain aur halki aanch par 15-20 minute ke liye Dum de dain. Pulao ko raitay aur salad ke sath pesh karein!
