In this episode, we take you through: 🛤️ The scenic journey from Osaka to Kobe’s Sannomiya Station, then up into the hills of Arima Onsen 🏡 Our stay at Kadonobo Ryokan, where we experienced traditional tatami rooms, Yukata robes, and soothing onsen baths ♨️ A relaxing soak in the iconic Kin-no-Yu (golden spring) — rich in iron and known for its healing and anti-aging properties 🎎 Cultural strolls to temples, the charming Yumotozaka shopping street, and encounters with geisha dancers 👣 Free public foot baths, a visit to the Arima Toy & Automata Museum, and the serene Nene Hashi Bridge 🍶 Ended the day with a cozy dinner and local craft beer at Arima Brewery On Day 8, we enjoyed a slow morning with one last dip in the foot bath and reflected on Arima’s deep history as Japan’s ancient healing town before heading to Tokyo.
