Today this video will focus on the eu4 nation Cilli that is ruled by the Celje Dynasty. In EU4 Modifiers such as diplomacy are very important. The Cilli dynasty had lots of issues with the Habsburgs and Austria. The dynasty went from nothing to virtually controlling nations such as Hungary and Poland.
