Mike Shekhtman, senior regional director at the Robert Half employment agency, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss current trends in the Canadian job market ahead of the July jobs report. He says the number of workers planning to change jobs has dropped slightly from the first half of this year, but is still higher than it was pre-pandemic as Canadians reassess their priorities. He notes their survey found a majority of working parents are mulling career moves for greater flexibility as well as higher salaries.
