Visitors have a beautiful view of the Hradčany skyline, which tourists often seek. The Rašín embankment area, or rather its embankment, offers endless activities during the year, from regular farmers' markets to sports, cultural and gastronomic events. The Croatian-Czech architect Vlado Milunić designed the house in cooperation with Canadian-American architect Frank Gehry on a vacant riverfront plot. The construction was completed in 1996. Gehry originally called the house Fred and Ginger (after the dancers Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers – the house resembles a pair of dancers), but this nickname is rarely used.
