In today's lesson we take the fundamentals of the previous episodes and put it into a musical context where our hands need to work together. Often times, as beginners start to take on chord shapes, they struggle to transition from one to the next and while getting too hung up on needing to play all the exact notes, all at once. However, this is not always necessary. It's better to be efficient and move one finger (one voice) at a time to produce the smoothest transitions possible between these shapes. The day will come where you will be able to immediate snap into a chord shape but while building your fingerstyle fundamentals, it's far better to focus on your musicality and letting each ring as long and beautifully as possible.
