Oruro to Uyuni Part One

This video is about the trip from Oruro to Uyuni. I went to Oruro Station, a day earlier, to buy tickets. It was a bright and sunny day. It was raining the day of the departure. The train is clean and has a cozy restaurant. Right after leaving Oruro, the train crosses the lake Lago Uru Uru. You get spectacular views of the lake and flamingos. As the train passes through the Altiplano, it crosses towns which seem like ghost towns. Since all the windows were sealed, I had to request access to the kitchen to record my videos. Thankful to the host and waiters to allow me to take pictures. :-)
