Borderlands 2: Legendary Jakobs Striker- Does it Suck?

The Striker is the legendary Jakobs shotgun. It drops from Old Slappy, if I recall correctly. This shotgun is very different than most popular Jakobs shotguns. It has less pellets, it is more accurate, it does less damage per pellet, has a higher critical hit modifier, and only uses one ammo per shot. All and all, this makes it play differently than other popular Jakobs shotguns, but it is still a very powerful weapon. It doesn't have the same one shot one kill synergy that some of the other shotguns have, but it will still get it every 4 shots, and it's still powerful enough to kill most enemies with a shot out of deception. I'd recommend using this weapon in concert with some other shotguns to really cover your problems at range that you might have with a Quad or other traditional shotgun. It definitely does not suck, and is probably the best shotgun at range, along with the Conference Call, and other Hyperion barreled Hyperion shotguns.
