Written review follows: Mikkeller Beer Geek Vanilla Shake WRITTEN REVIEW: A: Mikkeller Beer Geek Vanilla Shake pours completely black, with a 1-1/2 finger head of tight chocolate colored bubbles. Plenty of glass lacing was left behind as the head receded and no alcohol legs but alcohol curtains were observed. S: Vanilla, roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, mild dark fruits and a bit of faint earthy hops combined with sweetness round out the nose. No alcohol is detected in the aroma. O: Mikkeller Beer Geek Vanilla Shake is as advertised, vanilla up in your face. Just in a great way. The Beer Geek series is a classic in the craft beer world. Mikkeller Beer Geek Vanilla Shake is another great addition to this legendary series. I would definitely drink Mikkeller Beer Geek Vanilla Shake again and I recommend it.
