There are different counting methods that parents homeschooling their kids could depend on and this is one that is suitable for the ages between 3 and 6, kindergarten, preschool, ks1, foundation stage and grade 1. Counting is the first step taken in the world of math and sometimes kids learn to count through playing some games, which is the work of the parents and the creative lesson ideas they will manage to get up with. In this educational video, the lesson will be about teaching the kids to count through using their toys. Divide yourself into two groups - the parent as a group and the kid as the second - and bring two huge plastic cups for every single one to use one of them in order to place the objects inside. Bring a dice and let the kid throw it first and the number that he/she will get is the number of monsters that he/she should throw inside the plastic cup. This will happen in turn between the kid and the parent and the one getting the bigger number at the end of the game will be the winner.
