This is an intermediate to advanced 25-minute yoga class with feel-good drills to open your heart. Expect some yummy shoulder and heart-openers as we work towards wheel pose in our wall walks. As this is a short and fast-paced class, I recommend pausing the video whenever you need, so you can repeat the poses as many times as you like and enjoy the workshop aspects of the class.
