✨ 25 Days of a Stew Crew Christmas — Day 9 ✨ We kicked off this day with a quick late-night break at Back Nine, an indoor golf simulator here in Knoxville. It was just a couple hours to clear my head and reset before jumping back into editing. The next morning was all about home life. We knocked out a few house projects, then jumped into some of our favorite Christmas traditions with the kids. One of the sweetest moments was making clay ornaments together—Navy’s tiny handprint and footprint, plus a fun family ornament we’ll treasure forever. We wrapped up the night with cookies, a Christmas movie, and our usual bedtime routines. Evan finally moved back into the master bedroom after spending two nights on the couch and in the bonus room with Zade while he was sick—we were just trying to keep everyone healthy, especially Navy. We also had a real, honest conversation about postpartum emotions, routines, and giving ourselves grace during this season. We’re choosing to soak in the holidays and take things one day at a time before jumping back into “normal” after the new year.
