Tribute to I.M. Pei on his 100th Birthday

Famed architect I.M. Pei, who passed away on May 15, 2019, at the age of 102, also created the Committee of 100 (C100), the Chinese American non-profit leadership organization. C100 produced this video to celebrate Pei’s 100th birthday, and it was shown at the 2017 Annual Conference & Gala Dinner in Washington, D.C. The Committee’s purpose is to provide leadership and act as a constructive force in the twin missions of: promoting the full participation of all Chinese Americans in American society and acting as a public policy resource for the Chinese-American community Advancing constructive dialogue and relationships between the peoples and leaders of the United States and Greater China.
