Ura LCM | PMA Dagger/Staff Cele Alac Scourge PoV

Back to back kills on another role in a different group (vL pug) with a different strat and with a different marker pack. Cele Scourge has an insane amount of options in order to try optimise dps/healing in every aspect of the build. This is probably the most PMA build you will see kill Ura LM but in my opinion its giga comfy and when your group does not need the dps, this is the best option. I don't play the build to the best of its abilities and swap into staff a lot more, this variation of the build can probably hit 10-11k easily and obviously this can go higher the more swaps you make.
