NOTE - Waveform Holster and Capacitor Assault Rifle will hit harder ...at least on paper, but they can be a little situational; Waveform will give an extra 5% Skill Damage compared to one piece of Wyvern/2ndpiece of Hana U. However this will rely on getting lucky with the pendulum swinging to the skill which is currently being used. If it's out of sync, you'l be losing damage. Capacitor will give an extra 10% Skill Damage compared to Test Subject/Harmony at full stacks. This does however mean hitting and maintaining 40 stacks which in Legendary/Raid etc isn't always easy. This build gives a consistent 10% Skill Damage from one piece of Wyvern/2nd piece of Hana U and 30% from Test Subject (just need to hit one shot to proc 'In Sync')
