I want to share a complex fibroids and endometriosis case we completed this month. A patient from out of state came to us after being turned away by every surgeon in her area. Years ago, her fibroid surgery was stopped mid-procedure due to severe bleeding. Since then, no one would operate on her. By the time she found us, her fibroid had grown larger and was in a challenging position—one that typically requires multiple surgical specialties. She also had endometriosis, which we excised during the same procedure.
