Embracing Tech-Enabled Innovation in an Evolving Medicaid Environment

This Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) webinar explored key takeaways from the Medicaid Innovation Collaborative (MIC), an initiative that brings together state Medicaid programs, managed care organizations (MCOs), and other key stakeholders to identify and implement private-sector, tech-enabled solutions that address Medicaid members’ health and social care needs. Representatives from companies delivering Medicaid-focused tech solutions in Iowa, Kentucky, and New York State discussed their experiences, outcomes, and lessons related to partnering with Medicaid MCOs in MIC pilot projects. MIC, a program of Acumen America, is funded by The Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust and the Public Benefit Innovation Fund at Digital Harbor Foundation. CHCS is a technical assistance partner to the collaborative.
