MC-202 Alibaba Machine Review

The review you’ve all been waiting for!  (Maybe not all of you, but “the review some of you have been waiting for” doesn’t have the same ring to it) I really like the Alibaba MC-202 fur sewing machine! Functionally it's the same as my name brand machine. It has a couple updates that are nice. The motor is REALLY nice, and it performed well at the Mitten Class this weekend (with one hiccup discussed in the video). It sews well with thin thread and thin hides, and thick thread and thick hides and everything in between.  It came un-assembled, so if you order one from Alibaba you’ll have to put together the table, mount the motor components and the machine head. But for $600-700 after tax, it’s a steal! There were no assembly instructions included. I messaged the seller, and he (very quickly) sent me assembly videos for the table. They were not very thorough but showed what I needed to see. I was sent a picture for attaching the servo motor, more detail on that would have saved me time. If you’d prefer to pick up a machine ready to go, for $1,200 (plus tax) I'll take care of the importation, setup, and tuning of the machine. Plus, I’ll make sure you know how to use it before you take it home! Pickup only on Harsens Island, MI - I’m not offering shipping at this time. I’ll be taking preorders, turnaround is 6-9 weeks.
