This week my agent called with an opportunity. I was immediately excited about the chance for work (duh!), but less thrilled that the role was from my old repertoire. Thankfully, I have an amazing coach in Vienna who will tell me the truth about this kind of stuff, plus it doesn't hurt to be married to one of the best tenors alive, LOL. So I had a coaching and then we all sat down and talked about it for a few minutes. In this video, I'm gonna share my process of evaluation with you, the questions I ask myself when I'm going through this process, and the criteria I use!
