The cake itself if made from chocolate mud cake , hand sculpted with modelling chocolate and finished with fondant. I use many different painting techniques including hand painting and airbrushing.I have used many different techniques throughout this video and this design will be made into an online class in the near future. I use a dual action Iwata airbrush. In am a self taught artist who has been making crazy cakes for almost a decade and still love it.
