This consumable item offers one of ten random conditions. In this short video, we will showcase all 10 effects. The initial effect is Otto's Irresistible Dance. You engage in a complex jig that restricts your movement and actions, imposes disadvantage on your attacks and dexterity saving throws. Furthermore, enemies have an advantage on their attacks against you while you are dancing. This lasts for 2 turns. The following effect is Size Instability, which will alternately shrink and expand you every turn for a duration of 10 turns. The third condition is known as Stoned, which lasts for 2 turns and causes temporary petrification. After that, you will gain Stoneskin for a duration of 10 turns. Next up is Bad Breath, which lasts for 10 turns. Characters that engage you in melee will become Nauseous. The fifth condition is referred to as the Blinded condition. While exposed to direct sunlight, you will be blinded, yet you will gain Superior Darkvision for a duration of 10 turns. Next up is the Polymorphed condition, which will turn you into a small sheep for 10 turns. The seventh condition is Beast Tongue, lasting for 20 turns. This allows you to communicate with animals, but it imposes a disadvantage on your Charisma and Animal Handling checks when dealing with Beasts. Following this is the Gifted condition, lasting for 20 turns, granting you the ability to read minds, though it makes you susceptible to Psychic damage. Next comes the Blink condition. It endures for 10 turns, and its description states that you "blink between the material and ethereal plane in your drunken stupor." Honestly, I couldn't observe or identify any noticeable effects from this one. The final condition is the Blackout state, which lasts for 5 turns, rendering your character unconscious.
