Smallest Town on Puerto Rico's Big Island: Maricao! Montoso Gardens, Torre de Piedra and More!

On this day we visit Maricao Puerto Rico. It is the 2nd smallest town in population (next to Culebra) with only about 4,000 residents. It is high in the mountains with wide views and lush tropical greenery. We visit with Bryan Brunner and Carlos Nazario two of the island's leading plant experts at Montoso Gardens. We also visit La Gruta de San Juan Bautista, the Plaza, a sweet restaurant called Rincon de Recuerdos, the Torre de Piedra (Stone Tower) in the National Park of Monte del Estado as well as the Stone House (Casa de Piedra).
