A&Z #1037 - professionals eater Randy Santel and ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬ teamed up versus the massive Valentine's Day themed "Sweetheart" Cheesecake Challenge w/ Thick Cheesecake Shakes hosted by Josef's Cheesecake in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin which is just outside of Eau Claire, WI. Because Josef's shop is rather small, this big event was held inside Chippewa Falls Harley-Davidson, so thanks to them for letting us all gather in their giant back room!! My Valentine Katina and I had 1 hour to finish a giant ~7.5lb cheesecake plus two 1-liter cheesecake shakes. Out of the over 100 cheesecake options we had to choose from on Josef's menu, we ordered a strawberry banana cheesecake which was extra delicious, loaded with healthy pieces of fruit!! For the huge deluxe thick cheesecake shakes, Katina ordered a Caramel Macchiato and I got a Reese's Cheesecake Shake. We were trying to win our $75 cheesecake dessert meal free plus sweet t-shirts and a team photo up on Josef's Wall of Fame hanging up in the shop downtown. BIG thank you to Josef & Kristen and their team plus everyone from Chippewa Falls Harley-Davidson for the delicious cheesecake, shakes, and hospitality!!
