SPECTACULAR GURDWARA SAHIB BABE KE - GURU RAM DAS WORLD, MACHAP,JOHOR. I am lucky to be here again to see the magnificent gurdawara. This gurdawara is located in Machap. It is very beautiful and very peaceful. There's so much of development, and it's truly mind- blowing, especially the Darbar Sahib. The Darbar Sahib is very spacious, and it's simply amazing to meditate, relax, and overcome our stress. The Sewadars and the staff at this amazing Gurdwara are very humble, kind, and friendly. They will encourage everyone to have a cup of tea and to take their meals. The food is good and it's simply delicious vegetarian meals. The langar hall is also spacious, well maintained, and it's super clean. Many people from far and near always will try to visit this beautiful Gurdwara. I feel blessed to be here with my family members. This amazing Gurdwara was established in 1997 with the intention of being a centre for Sikh pilgrimage and education. The Machap Gurdwara was established by Sant Baba Nahar Singh Ji Sunehranwale with the goal of keeping Sikh history, religion, and culture alive. An important event in the calendar is the continues reading of the Guru Granth Sahib Ji in large groups. This event is held in November and anyone can participate. There's also a special 'Baoli Sahib' just like in Gowindhal Sahib, Punjab, India. At the Baoli Sahib, prayers involve reciting the "Japji Sahib" hymn or prayers while descending and ascending each of the 84 steps. Devotees believe that by reciting "Japji Sahib " on each step after bathing in the Baoli, they can achieve peace and happiness in their lives. The Baoli Sahib in India is a place of great religious and historical importance for Sikhs. Al are welcome to visit this beautiful and amazing Machap Gurdwara.
