I don’t have any further information on this situation. But everybody knows that Bandz was trying to do his best to stay out of the way to stay out of trouble. He was doing good and he’s only been out for a good month. So now he has to sit in there and fight a murder charge. I’m not sure if it’s pertaining to an EBK member or anyone else that they politic with. I know a lot of people felt that bandz was making a name for himself and doing what he was supposed to for the individual group fly boys and muddy boys, but this situation is much bigger than a slap on a wrist. This is actually a little worse than getting raided by the feds because those charges weren’t that big of a deal but with the murder, that’s a different ball game Regardless of the circumstances, we still have to see what’s gonna happen but as of right now, Bands does not have a bail and nine time out of 10 he’s not getting a bail based off the fact that he was already out on bail for two other cases Prior to getting booked for the murder Now we all know that he just paid almost $100,000 or more for the last bill on his court date if he does get a bail I’m not calling him a snitch but like I told you guys it’s highly unlikely so I don’t want anyone to get their hopes up This situation I don’t think it’s funny because he does have two kids. He has to take care of and I don’t wish jail on nobody I remember when I was remanded and my bail got took It was not fun at all to see that you have money, but you can’t bail out.
