There is a new remastered version of this attraction here: Snow White's Scary Adventures -- REMASTERED:    • Snow White's Scary Adventures (2001 - Rema...   --- Snow White's Scary Adventures was a Day 1 attraction at Magic Kingdom, and was based on Disney's 1937 animated feature, Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs. The attraction had a significant makeover in 1994. This video is of that version. The attraction was closed permanently at the end of May 2012. There were a couple of reasons for the closure. I'm not sure if it was policy, but at the time, no Disney World park had more than one attraction for any property. Snow White's Scary Adventures was shut down once another Snow White attraction was confirmed. (The Seven Dwarves Mine Train.) The other reason was the low throughput, and the attraction was taking up valuable real estate in the Fantasyland II makeover. This video was shot in 2001, and is an NTSC 480i video pretending to be 1080p. And this is one of the videos that really show it, lol. Other stuff that's probably in other video descriptions: Snow White's Scary Adventures is what I term a "Storybook" Darkride. Generally, they follow the following rules: They're about 3 minutes. They don't attempt to tell you a story, rather you're already supposed to have seen the Disney animated feature and know the story. The attraction merely puts you in specific scenes. But even if you haven't seen the movie, they still make the sets interesting to watch. They're completely enclosed in a building, where Disney can use lighting and vehicle direction to control what they want you to see. And finally, the ride vehicles move much to quickly, lol... Rides similar in Magic Kingdom are: Peter Pan's Flight (Closed) and whatever's replacing it. Mr. Toad's Wild Ride (Closed) and The Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh. Like and Subscribe!
