The premiere of a Lockdown collaboration between poet, David Bottomley and 50 actor-filmmakers to interpret a Bottomley poem on film. This poem was written at the start of 2020 before Covid took over all our lives. It's an ironic salute to my twenty-year writing career as an undercover poet working incognito. The film is an affectionate tribute to the classic 1949 Carol Reed Film, The Third Man, starring Orson Wells and Joseph Cotten. Those of you who are fans will recognise some of the iconic imagery mirrored here in the Big Wheel, trilby hats and coats, chase scenes and famous doorway shot. It was filmed on the Southbank in September and my special thanks go to Jane Cameron on camera for the bridge, Royal Festival Hall and pier scenes and to Nick Mouton, who plays the Secret Lit Agent and filmed me along the South Bank boulevard.
