Her attack-break is helpful in keeping the boss damage going out of control, her Team life-steal passive let Lorina heal herself enough that i don't need to constantly use Tama on her. Last but not least, extra def-break with CR boost to rotate with Kluri keep the momentum going. Another thing is she is being Dark, as a "lighting rod", she attract attack to herself to make use of Idol cheer and reduce the chance of boss attacking Lorina instead. Rin is , so far , the closest i can think of as a replacement yea. While Rin doesn't have Team LS, or CR boost + attack-break, Rin has a more frequent def-break and extra dispel. Dispelling a Greater-attack buff or Anti-crit/def-buff can really keep the momentum going. ============= What if one doesn't have Tamarinne or Destina : This is just theorycrafting at best, and i never have the resource to prove it, so take it with a grain of salt, but you can take a look at Water Kise if you have her. Water Kise is one of the DPS that is very comfy with boss getting Barrier, because her s1 get a huge powered up from that. So with her, in theory, you can casually run buffer-healers without worry, open yourself to more team-comp. If you don't have Water-Kise, then well, there are STeneb, Dark Corvus or Krau, but at this point you all have already known that. There might be more solutions to this that I don’t know too. Best keep looking. ============= Update : Someone just cleared it with Ravi/Kluri/Destina/Rin   / weeeeeeeeeeeeeee_autotower_100_without_iseria
