I know this is frustrating for many of you and I've tried to condense the info down to something digestible. The reality is I could talk for an hour about all of this but that doesn't make for a great video. I reference two other videos that may also help you: Link Members: • How to Play with Friends in Monster Hunter... Envrionment Links: • How Environment Links Work in Monster Hunt... We're gonna walk through everything you need to know to team up with your friends. First off, we'll cover those sweet daily login bonuses and the free goodies you can grab from the support desk – perfect for getting your gear ready. Next, we'll show you how to set up your quests for co-op. You've got options like password protection and auto-accept, so you can easily control who joins your hunts. Connecting with your buddies? No problem! We'll go over all the ways to do it: your Hunter ID, which you can find in your profile or at character select, using Link Party and Guild Cards, and finding your Lobby ID. We'll also dive into Squads, which let you team up with tons of hunters, and Environment Links, which are great for exploring and setting up hunts together. Finally, we'll explain how story quests work when you're playing with friends. Basically, you'll see each other again after everyone's finished their cutscenes, and then you'll get an invite to jump back in. Here is a breakdown of all the chapters: Login Bonus and Free Items: Every day, you'll receive a login bonus. You can also head over to the support desk to get a variety of free items, including anything earned during the beta period [00:24]. Questing with Friends: Finish the "Village of the Whispering Winds" quest line to be at a great starting point. You have a variety of quest settings to choose from, including password locking and auto-accepting [00:33]. Finding Friends: Share your Hunter ID, found in your Hunter profile or on the character select screen. It's eight characters long [00:53]. Link Party and Guild Cards: Invite your friend to the link party and share your guild card from the link member list to send a friend request [01:06]. Lobby ID: Find your lobby ID with Quest Handler Alma [01:25]. Squads: Join up to eight squads, with 50 members each, to create a squad lobby [01:38]. Environment Link: Create an environment link to run around and create quests together, targeting specific monsters on the map [01:53]. Story Quests: During story portions, you won't see each other until all cutscenes are completed. The game will then send an invite [02:26].
