In the video I have made a big batch . Below is recipe enough for 6-8 people To make butter garlic chicken you will marinate 500 gm boneless chicken strips with salt , half tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp red chilli flakes , half tsp each of ginger and garlic paste , 1 egg , 2 tbsp each of corn Flour and maida . Mix well and let marinate for half hour to 2 hrs . Then deep fry till golden and keep aside . In a kadhai heat 50 gm Amul butter ( or any salted butter) and put 2 tbsp chopped garlic 2-3 chopped green chilli and sauté till fragrant. Put a handful of chopped spring onion greens and sauté little . Add 1 tsp red chilli flakes , 1 tsp oregano , half tsp black pepper powder , 1 tbsp soya sauce , 1 stock cube , 1 tbsp maida and sauté . Add 3/4th cup water , mix and add the fried chicken and sauté till the chicken is well coated . Your butter garlic chicken is ready to serve as a starter . Or you can have along with your choice if roti or Chinese rice too . To further turn this recipe into butter garlic chicken sizzler we will Make slurry of 2 tbsp corn flour mixed in 2 cups of water and add to the chicken we have prepared . Cook till thick and add 3 tbsp green chilli sauce , salt and 1 tbsp sugar . Cook till desired consistency and keep aside . For garlic rice in a wok heat 150-200 mL oil and fry 2 beaten eggs and scramble it . Then add 1.5 tbsp chopped garlic , 2 -3 green chillis and sauté . Add 1 stock cube and sauté . Then add 500 gms of boiled basmati rice , salt , 2 tbsp each of soya sauce , red chilli sauce and green chilli sauce . 1 tsp sugar , 1 tsp white pepper powder and lots of chopped spring onion greens . Stir fry well and keep aside . To prepare sizzler heat the sizzler plate and put on the wooden board . Sprinkle some sliced cabbage . Put garlic rice in the middle and some French fries or wedges on the sides . ( if you want you can also put some sautéed veggies ) put some chicken gravy on top and sprinkle some chopped spring onion. Serve hot
