#eritrean#tigray#habesha#eritrian#zenatigrigna#eritreanmovie#motivation#mentalhealth In this episode on Biete Tesfa TV, we have a deep and honest discussion about marriage, family life, and the challenges facing Eritrean and Ethiopian communities in the diaspora. The conversation brings together Pastor Ogba Selassie, a well-known and experienced marriage counselor and priest, Biniam Bereket, the owner and founder of Melay Media, and Amanuel Haile, a psychiatric nurse. Together, we explore important issues that affect relationships, mental health, and community life. In this discussion, we talk about three types of narcissism based on self awarness and how narcissistic behaviors can affect marriages and relationships. We emphasize that communication is the key to a healthy marriage, while silence, avoidance, and lack of honest dialogue can slowly destroy relationships. We also address sensitive topics such as feminism, cultural expectations, and the challenges many Eritrean and Ethiopian families face while living abroad. In many diaspora communities, unresolved stress, loneliness, and cultural conflict sometimes lead people into destructive patterns such as excessive drinking, legal problems, and broken relationships. We discuss real situations where some members of our community end up in prisons in places such as Egypt, Uganda, Europe, and even the United States because of these struggles. Our goal in this conversation is not to judge or criticize, but to encourage our community to speak openly about our problems, support one another, and seek healthier ways to build strong families and peaceful lives in the diaspora. We believe that when couples communicate honestly, understand mental health, and work together with faith, wisdom, and humility, marriages and families can become stronger. Thank you for watching and supporting the conversation. Please like, share, and subscribe to continue these important discussions together. #zenatigrigna#eritreanmusic#neshneshtv#alenawaltahager#tefetawitalkshow#eripm#eritv#gereemun#duet#hidmona#yonisosi#tewahdo#protestant#iraq#ethiopia#ethiopian#adonay#qna#solomedia#maranatha#thtn#mosaic#mexaf#ema#sports#drsharonwoldu#aklilu#shiro#tigraynews#dedebitmedia
