What we thought was going to be a bit of a bust turned out to be one of the best birthdays Lydia has ever had! We spent the day out at The National Botanic Garden of Wales and had the wonderful opportunity to get up close with Rusty the Long-Eared Owl. He was adorable and the staff at the Birds of Prey Center were absolutely incredible.
