Höga Kusten Swimrun is here to stay!

The majestic and raw nature of the High Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is the home of Höga Kusten Swimrun – one of Northern Europe’s toughest athletic challenges attracting competitors from all over the world. The course runs through hilly and rugged islands, historical fisherman villages, lingers by beautiful sights on single trails, fast gravel roads with an added twist of swimming in the Baltic Sea as well as fresh water lakes. Ahead of the competition’s second edition which takes places on July 16th 2016 race organizer Mikael Lindnord is excited to say: ‘High Coast SwimRun is a unique race in a truly magnificent environment and it is definitely here to stay! Thanks to all the participants who braved the tough conditions this year and rose to the challenge set by nature the premiere race was a true success. But there is no time to rest!
