In exploring more of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, we stumble upon an amazing graphic design store (Marcel) and some neat views of the city. There is the Église Saint Jean Baptiste with a powerful organ playing live where King Louis XIV was married to the Spanish Princess Maria Theresa. Then it's off to a Cidrerie, where the slightly alcoholic drink is made in the same fashion of wine fermentation, just with apples instead! It is a bitter cider, unlike the ones I have tried before in the US. Lastly, we drive to the Grottes d'Oxocelhaya for a tour of these ancient Pyrenees caves. It is neat to see how untouched the rocks are as well as the stalagmites and stalactites. Plus, I almost convince Hugo we should get a baby goat! Feel free to reach out!
