If you want to practice quickness uptime on the golem you should turn off Enhancing Impact, as it will give you more quickness than you actually share. In actual groups however you always want the trait on as it helps providing permanent quickness to your pet. Every proc gives quickness to the pet with Nature Magics Fortifying Bond.
