This Sunday ride took me from Ahmedabad to Salangpur Hanuman Temple via the newly built Dholera Expressway. The journey was a mix of smooth highways and challenging terrain. After long straight stretches on the expressway, the route slowly changed — around 25 km of rough roads and nearly 2 km of pure off-roading made the ride more adventurous. Important Note: As per rules, bikes are not allowed on expressways. The Dholera Expressway is not officially open yet, and this ride was done at my own responsibility. Please follow rules, check local regulations, and ride responsibly. This is where the Himalayan truly felt at home. Total distance: 300 km Total ride time: ~5 hours Ride split: 2 hours up, 2 hours down The ride ended with peaceful darshan at Salangpur Hanuman Temple, turning a rough and dusty journey into a calm and fulfilling experience.
