U-Rails are ideal for simple constructions with the need of high load capacity. The guides consist of an unhardened rail which can be welded to the construction, and special roller bearings. A mounting flange is welded on the roller to allow easy mounting. These special rollers can compensate for rails being out of parallel and are lifetime lubricated. The smallest rail is measuring 86.5 mm in external width and the largest rail measuring 201.5 mm. The smallest rollers have an outer diameter of 52.5 mm with a load capacity of 530 kg. The largest rollers have a diameter of 149 mm and handles loads of 5200 kg per roller. The system is available in steel or in three different types of stainless steel, which makes it possible to use it in very demanding environments.
