The Local Artisan Guide took a walk over the Williamsburg Bridge from the Manhattan side in Chinatown to explore Bedford Avenue which can be described as the spine of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NYC. You can reach this street by either walking or driving over the bridge or taking the L train to Bedford Ave stop or the JMZ train to Marcy Ave. We just walked down Bedford on a semi cloudy Sunday where most Williamsburg hipsters were still enjoying their brunch at the many renowned places to eat in Williamsburg. We point out some of the artisan boutiques and stores on Bedford Ave, however its when you snake the streets of Williamsburg will you see the artisan and small local shops and boutiques Williamsburg is famous for and we will film in the near future. This area of Brooklyn has grown in the last 20 years with stores, hotels, residential buildings, office space, theater, restaurants, bars and much more. It's a younger crowd than the average resident in Manhattan and the preferred place to live, eat and play for Millennials and younger generations.
