Stage 42-44 Boss is your typical DPS check. If you don't have a DPS that can take out the beast of the sea, you won't be able to clear this stage. The DPS doesn't have to be of water-type (I used Red Hood). They just need to provide enough DPS to take out the beast of the sea. Once you clear the beast of the sea, you should be able to clear the stage. Another thing to keep in mind is that you'll need enough healing to keep the team alive. Especially at the end when the beast of the land reappears and your team is hit with lightning strikes that deal a ton of damage.
