When there are so many native ornamental plants to choose from, why plant an aggressive noxious invasive species? Some are worse than others, but I have a special pedestal for Honeysuckle, Lonicera spp. This one, in particular, Winter Honeysuckle, Lonicera fragrantissima, has completely taken over several forests around my area! Even if you only have it in your yard, birds eat the berries and then spread the seeds all over the place.
